HO CHI MINH CITY – NARITA

Tour guide picks up the group at the international departure terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, completes check-in procedures for flight VJ 822 (23:40 – 08:00) to Narita – Tokyo. You will spend the night on the plane.

Ngày 2

MOUNT FUJI – TEA CEREMONY EXPERIENCE (breakfast on the plane, lunch, dinner)

Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, the group completes immigration procedures. The car and tour guide pick up the group and depart for Fuji. You will have lunch at a local restaurant and visit:

Mount Fuji (If the weather is nice, you will be able to go up to station 5, watching the top of Mount Fuji sparkling in the sunset.) - the symbol of Japan - is an active volcano and the highest peak in Japan - 3,776m high and surrounded by 5 lakes surrounding Mount Fuji.
Learn about the art of Japanese Tea Ceremony – one of the unique cultural features of the Land of Cherry Blossoms. Here, you can not only taste the flavor of Matcha but also feel the tranquility of “Zen” in each of us.

The group returns to the hotel to check in and rest, especially: experience a traditional Onsen bath . Legend has it that: "Bathe once and your skin will be smooth, bathe twice and your illness will disappear".
You will enjoy a buffet dinner with Snow Crab legs .

Ngày 3

OSHINO HAKKAI ANCIENT VILLAGE – GOTEMBA OUTLET – TOKYO. (3 meals)

Have breakfast at the hotel. The group moves to visit:

Oshino Hakkai ancient village at the foot of Mount Fuji is one of the most beautiful places to see Mount Fuji. The ancient, peaceful, rustic village still retains traditional Japanese architecture with 8 lakes nourished by pure layers of snow and ice melting along the slopes of Mount Fuji. Coming here, you can enjoy many delicious specialties of the region such as grilled mochi, fruits, fresh cream, tofu, rice cakes, mushrooms and dried bamboo shoots...
You are free to shop at Gotemba Outlet , a must-see shopping destination for fashionistas.

Lunch at local restaurant and continue sightseeing:

Odaiba Artificial Island and visit the Statue of Liberty - Odaiba Statue of Liberty : One of three versions of the Liberty Monument in Japan, the Statue of Liberty at Odaiba Port is a gift from France to Japan to strengthen relations between the two countries. Loved by many Japanese people and foreign tourists, the statue has great humanistic significance, symbolizing freedom, peace and connecting peoples around the world. With a height of 12.25 meters and a weight of 9 tons, this version is only 1/7 the size of the original.

You have dinner and check in to the hotel to rest.

Ngày 4

TOKYO – SHOWAKINEN PARK – ASAKUSA – NARITA. (3 meals)

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. Car takes the group to visit:

Asakusa Sensoji Temple – The temple was built in 628, worshiping Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, the temple is known as the oldest and most visited Buddhist temple in Tokyo because of its sacredness and bringing good luck to wishes for health, love, study, and career.
Tokyo Skytree – the world's tallest broadcasting tower – taking pictures outside.

Lunch and continue sightseeing:

Showakinen Park – famous for its picturesque flower fields in all four seasons. Here, you can admire the Hydrangea field with 9,300 trees spread across the sky.
Shopping at Aeon Mall Narita . (if there is time)

Dinner and the group departs for Narita, checks into hotel and rests.

NARITA – HO CHI MINH CITY. (breakfast)

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. The car takes the group to Narita International Airport, check in for Ho Chi Minh City on flight VJ 823 (08:55 - 13:55) . Arrive at Tan Son Nhat Airport, the tour guide says goodbye to you and see you again. End of program.
The program may change the order depending on the actual situation but still ensures to fully implement the sightseeing routes mentioned in the program.

DEPOSIT TERMS:

Step 1: Deposit 10,000,000 VND/person after registering for the tour and preparing required documents.
Step 2: Pay the full tour fee when the visa result is available or 07 working days before departure date (whichever comes first).

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of tour cancellation due to visa denial:
After booking the tour and before the Company pays the visa fee: 2,000,000 VND.
After the Company submits the visa or the Visa is denied and 3 days before the departure date on a working day: 3,000,000 VND.
After the above time; 100% deposit.
According to the regulations of the Japanese Consulate, after being granted a Japanese visa, if for any reason you do not join the group, the Company is responsible for canceling the visa that has been granted to you to the Japanese Consulate before returning your passport to you.
After visa results are available, the company will keep the customer's original passport until the tour departure date.
In case of tour cancellation due to personal reasons:
If you cancel your tour within 30 - 45 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 50% of tour price/person.
If you cancel your tour 17 - 29 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 70% of tour price/person.
If you cancel your tour 8 - 16 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 90% of tour price/person.
If you cancel your tour after the above time: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price/person.

Note:

Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

JAPAN ENTRY REGULATIONS:

Children under 14 years old need to bring a birth certificate for airport customs inspection.
Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or relative over 18 years old. If traveling with a relative, a power of attorney certified by the local authorities (authorized by the parent to take the tour) must be submitted.
Foreign nationals must provide a visa to re-enter Vietnam (if required).
Please note that photography is not allowed at Japanese airport customs.

OTHER NOTES:

In case the tourist fails to obtain a visa due to factors such as: not cooperating with the company to provide sufficient documents according to the regulations of the embassy, having an interview appointment but not attending or failing to answer the interview, having resided illegally in Japan, having violated the law and regulations on entry and exit, being banned from leaving the country without declaring... the non-refundable cost in all cases is 10,000,000 VND/person.
In case the customer has obtained a visa but does not depart on the correct date, the cancellation conditions of the contract will apply.
Due to the nature of the group tour, if the number of guests does not reach the minimum of 15 adults, the company will negotiate to transfer you to another departure date or refund the deposit (after deducting the visa fee).
Please do not separate from the group and follow the program.
Customers from 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health commitment with the Company.
Guests aged 75 and over are required to have a medical certificate of good health for international travel and a health commitment letter from the Company. It is recommended to have a relative under 60 years old (in good health) accompanying you. In addition, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (fees vary depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 and over are not accepted.
Guests under 18 years old must have a guardian and have a relative's authorization for the guardian with the ward's confirmation stamp.
If the customer has had plastic surgery and the photo on their passport is too different, please re-issue the passport – the travel agency will not be responsible if the customer is not allowed to leave Vietnam – or not allowed to enter Japan.
Pregnant guests please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information. Pregnant guests from 5 months and above are not accepted for safety reasons.
In case foreign guests have a single entry visa to Vietnam, the fee for a re-entry visa to Vietnam is 1,480,000 VND/person. The fee for a re-entry visa to Vietnam made at the border gate is 650,000 VND/person.
If you are a foreign citizen or an overseas Vietnamese, please bring all your passports (bring both passports if you have two nationalities), and Vietnam visa (sticker on passport or separate sheet or visa exemption booklet) when going on tour.
As flights are dependent on the Airlines, in some cases flight times may change without prior notice.
Depending on the actual situation, the order of attractions in the program may change but still ensure all attractions as at the beginning.
The Company will not be responsible for ensuring the attractions in the following cases:
- Natural disasters occur: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes...
- Security incidents: terrorism, protests
- Aviation incidents: technical problems, security, flight changes, cancellations, delays.
If the above cases occur, the Company will consider refunding the cost of the tour to the customer under possible conditions (after deducting the services performed such as visa fees... and will not be responsible for compensating any other costs).
