17:00: You will be present at the meeting point, Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The tour guide will welcome the group and complete the procedures to go to Barcelona on flights QR 971 (20:00 - 23:35) & QR 137 (01:50 - 07:40) , transit in Doha. The group will rest and have a snack on the plane.

BARCELONA - SPAIN. (lunch, dinner)
Arriving at Barcelona airport, the car and tour guide will take you to the center of Barcelona , the largest city in Catalonia, also the largest city in the Mediterranean. This is a place where the beauty of many cultures converge, possessing many valuable heritages. You will visit:
- Sagrada Familia (ticket included). The Basilica of the Holy Family will be the tallest church in the world upon completion (estimated to be in 2026, the 100th anniversary of Gaudi's death). The 130-year-old structure is the masterpiece of architect Antoni Gaudí.
- Casa Mila (photo taken outside): A cultural center of Barcelona. Casa Mila is also known as “La Pedrera” which means the quarry, because of the building’s limestone facade and elaborate balconies, which look like they were cut from a white stone cave.
- Casa Batllo (photo taken outside): The name means “House of Bones”. This is a unique architecture simulating the shape of a skeleton with a balcony shaped like a human skull, especially the architect did not use any straight lines in the design.
Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, the group continues to visit:
- Park Guell (ticket included): Standing at the top of the park, visitors can see every street in Barcelona. The park is not only famous for its ideal height, but also has very special features of Gaudí, typically the houses that look like gingerbread.
- La Monumental Bullring (outside): This is the last bullring in Catalonia to host bullfights since the Catalan Parliament passed a law banning bullfighting events.
- El Corte Inglés: (open from 9am – 9pm): The group is free to shop at the largest shopping mall in Spain, where you can shop for high-end fashion items such as: LV, Gucci, Hermes, Tiffany with a tax refund of up to 15%.
The group will have dinner and especially, you will enjoy the Flamenco Show , a unique feature of Catalan culture. The art of Flamenco dance originates from Gypsy, Moorish and Jewish traditions, and is an experience not to be missed. The car will take you back to the hotel to rest.

BARCELONA – ZARAGOZA (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. The group departs for Zaragoza. The city of Zaragoza has a long history, founded by the Romans in the 3rd century BC. This is where many ruins of the Roman Empire remain. The group has lunch and continues to visit:
- Basilica of Our Lady of Pilar - the site of the first recorded apparition of the Virgin Mary. The basilica venerates the Virgin Mary, under the title of Our Lady of the Pillar, who was praised by Pope John Paul II as “Mother of the Spanish Peoples”. It is considered the first church dedicated to Mary in history.
- The 400-year-old Lion's Stone Bridge across the Ebro River: the best place to take panoramic photos of the city.
- Alfonso Street , a bustling tourist center, with lots of cafes, shopping, and especially many delicious restaurants with reasonable prices on this street.
You have dinner and return to the hotel to rest.

ZARAGOZA - MADRID (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. The group departs for Madrid - the capital of Spain, one of the most fun and noisy cities in the world! Madrid people are called 'cats' by friends everywhere - cats who love to play at night, staying out until morning before coming home!

- Royal Palace (ticket included): This palace is the residence of the Spanish royal family and is also one of the largest and most beautiful palaces in Europe.
- Puerta del Sol (Gate of the Sun) : The square was once one of the city gates surrounding Madrid in the 15th century.
- Plaza Mayor - the heart of Madrid, is the largest square in the city.
- Puerta de Alcala : the monumental gate that once served as the eastern entrance to Madrid, today a symbol of the Spanish capital.

MADRID – TOLEDO – SALAMANCA (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. Depart for Toledo - the heart and soul of Spain. This massive ancient city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a history of over 2000 years, a convergence of many cultures and unique ancient architecture.
- Toledo Old Town - Today, the medieval road system is still intact, with its characteristic narrow, maze-like streets. The city is still surrounded by ancient walls with many towers, gates and unique architectural buildings.
- Alcazar Fortress (ticket included): This four-sided fortress sits at the highest point of the city, built during the Roman period, and each side is built in a different architectural style.
- Toledo Cathedral (taken outside): Toledo Cathedral is considered the pinnacle of Catholic church art in the world, a typical architectural work of Spain. This is one of three churches built in the 13th century in the Gothic style.
The group has lunch and continues the journey to Salamanca, the city known as the "golden heritage" of the land of bullfighting. Salamanca is a city over 2000 years old. In particular, the constructions here are all built with a special type of stone only found in Salamanca. You will visit:
- University of Salamanca - one of the most beautiful and oldest universities in the world - over 800 years old! One of the school's famous alumni is the writer Miguel de Cervantes, author of "Don Quixote" - a novel familiar to Vietnamese readers.
- Salamanca Old Town - is a narrow street with many architectural styles mixed together such as: Gothic, Moorish, Baroque, Renaissance. You can take your time to walk around and explore the alleys or sit and sip a cup of tea at poetic cafes.

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. The group departs for Porto - the most beautiful port city in Portugal . Located along the Douro River, Porto is the oldest city in Europe, a world heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 1996, the "heart of the Middle Ages".

- Lello & Irmão Bookstore (ticket included): one of the most beautiful and gorgeous bookstores on the planet. Lello & Irmão Bookstore is where author JKRowling got the inspiration to write the classic novel series about the wizard boy Harry Potter.
- São Francisco Porto Cathedral : has the last Gothic architecture in Porto. Inside the church are ancient vaults, walls and columns covered with very mysterious carvings.
- Rua de Santa Catarina is the famous shopping and pedestrian street of Porto.

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. Depart for Fatima - one of the sacred pilgrimage sites of Catholicism that everyone wants to visit once in their life. Fatima is famous for the story of the Virgin Mary appearing to three shepherd children, Lucia dos Santos and her two cousins. Arriving in Fatima, the group visits:
- Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary: This is the burial place of three shepherd children - Francisco, Jacinta and Sister Lucia. The 14 side altars represent the mystery of Our Lady of the Rosary. The mystery is expressed in the dome of the sanctuary, where the stone statue of the Holy Trinity is crowning the Virgin.

Have breakfast at the hotel, check out. The group departs for Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe , to visit:
- The majestic lighthouse with its white brick tower and red walkway. It is the oldest lighthouse in Portugal; it has an iconic cross with the inscription “Here, almost on the top of the head, Of all Europe, the Kingdom of Lusitan, Where the earth ends and the sea begins, and where Apollo settled in the Ocean”. It is precisely the location - at the end of the earth - that makes Cabo da Roca a legendary place that awes those who visit it!
- Free time for shopping at Amoreiras shopping center , one of the iconic shopping spaces of Lisbon and Portugal.
You have lunch and depart for Lisbon airport, take a flight to Marrakech. Landing at Marrakech airport, the car will pick you up for dinner and return to the hotel to rest.

MARRAKECH - CITY OF WONDERFUL THINGS. (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Car takes the group to visit:
- Bahia Palace (ticket included): This is a must-see! Stepping into the palace feels like stepping into the lavish life of the 19th century. This was the home of the notorious playboy king Si Ahmed Ben Musa.
- Saadian Tombs (ticket included): Built during the reign of Sultan Ahmad el Mansour in the 16th century, the tombs are now a tourist attraction that attracts visitors from all over the world.
- Koutoubia Mosque with a 77-meter-high minaret, known as the Eiffel Tower of Morocco, is the most beautiful work of art in North Africa, a typical example of Islamic architecture.
Lunch and continue sightseeing:
- Medina Old Quarter – with red brick houses, dusty old wooden doors, shops selling all kinds of utensils, street stalls full of vegetables make Medina more bustling.
- Souk – is an old and attractive market in Marrakech. You can enjoy shopping for many unique spices, kaftans and especially enjoy the street performers.
- Djemaa el Fna Square – a market place, selling many types of handicrafts, souvenirs, specialties of small traders from many regions of the Kingdom and is where typical activities take place such as monkey circus, snake charmer, horse riding, etc.

MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. The car takes the group to Casablanca city , which is associated with the love story and music in the famous movie of the same name, known as " The Little Mermaid on the Atlantic ". Arriving in Casablanca, the group has lunch and visits the largest city of Morocco:
- Hassan II Mosque (ticket included): Casablanca's most impressive structure. It is the second largest mosque in the world, and one of only two mosques in Morocco open to non-Muslims.
- Mohammed V Square - is the central square of the city, with famous buildings of the city: the central post office, the Palace of Justice and the main Bank of Morocco.
- Old Quarter: You will feel extremely excited when walking through the alleys like getting lost in a maze; it is the ideal place to experience the typical local life of Casablanca.
- Casablanca Central Market - This is a must-see for visitors looking to immerse themselves in city life.
- Corniche - the seaside neighborhood south of Four Seasons Casablanca. There are many nightclubs and cafes with stunning ocean views. Enjoy a peaceful afternoon strolling and soaking up the sun.

CASABLANCA – RABAT – CASABLANCA (3 meals)
Have breakfast at the hotel. The group departs for Rabat - the capital of Morocco , which owns many works of extremely magnificent aesthetic value. Rabat was included in the list of World Heritage by UNESCO in 2012. You will visit:
- Hassan Tower - the symbol of the city stands out with its red brick color, surrounded by marble columns. The tower is built with typical red sandstone and is a "national treasure" of the people. In 2012, the building became part of the world heritage recognized by UNESCO.
- The Mausoleum of Mohammed V is a typical mausoleum architecture of the 20th century, highly appreciated and the pride of the Moroccan people, considered the soul of the nation.
- The Dead City of Chellah: a major earthquake in 1755 wiped out the settlement on the west bank of the Oued Bou Regreg River - Chellah. Although today only ruins remain such as steps, ancient walls, stone pillars of the mosque,... but through that, it is enough to see the grandeur of this structure when it was intact.
- The Kasbah des Oudayas neighborhood was home to many Andalusian immigrants, Arab tribes, and some of Morocco's most powerful kings.
Have lunch and return to Casablanca. You can experience " nude bathing" at Hammam - Turkish bath. You can relax in hot mineral mud bath (90 minutes) with traditional local medicinal herbs (at your own expense) or go shopping freely.

TOUR BOOKING PROCESS
Step 1: Sign a tour booking contract and deposit 30 million VND/person
Step 2: Receive notification of fingerprint appointment at VFS / TLS / BLS (3 authorized centers receive documents from embassies. Depending on different tour routes, the Travel Company chooses to submit documents to which Embassy according to valid regulations)
Step 3: Complete visa application procedures. (No later than 5 working days before the fingerprinting schedule)
Step 4: Attend the fingerprinting session at the authorized center as notified by the Company (usually earliest 90 days and latest 21 days before departure)
Step 5: Receive Visa results (Fastest 15 working days after the fingerprinting date. The time to receive results may be longer depending on the process and volume of reception for approval by the Embassy at different times)
Step 6: Complete payment and attend the tour guide meeting.
* ** Note: due to the nature of the airline in Portugal not allowing refunds for customers who are denied one of the two Schengen/Morocco visas, the travel agency will issue individual tickets when the entire group is granted a visa. Therefore, the travel agency reserves the right to change flight times and airlines but still ensures a reasonable tour schedule and full sightseeing spots.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS AND CHANGES
Customers request to cancel the tour
After signing the contract, if Party A requests to cancel the tour, the tour cancellation fee policy will be applied as follows:

*Tour cancellation fee applies in all cases when the customer proactively requests to cancel the tour (all cases related to COVID-19 infection or notification of not having enough vaccination, etc. are not accepted)
*Customers who do not cooperate to submit documents on time (including passports valid for more than 6 months from the last day of the tour departure) or do not come to take fingerprints as scheduled will be considered as unilaterally canceling the contract. Cancellation fee is calculated according to the table above. The confirmed time for tour cancellation is calculated from the date you are late in submitting your application
* Tour cancellation / tour change for reasons related to visa application
Hereafter: The tour buyer is referred to as Party A, the tour organizer is referred to as Party B
Tour cancellation due to unreliable documents submitted by Party A to Party B: During the process of Party A submitting visa application for Party B to review and Party B suspects that the application of 1 or more tour members has the motive to flee in Europe, Party B has the right to refuse to apply for a visa for that member and Party B will refund the tour deposit of that customer - the application review fee is 1,000,000 VND (one million VND)
Tour cancellation due to visa failure due to subjective factors of Party A (not cooperating with the company to provide sufficient documents according to embassy regulations, not attending the appointment on the right date, having an interview appointment but not coming, having resided illegally in Europe, intentionally falsifying documents, intentionally declaring false information : In case of illegal acts and violations of immigration regulations, being prohibited from leaving the country without declaration, the non-refundable cost in all cases is 25,000,000 VND/person (including visa fee, air ticket cancellation fee and services abroad).
Tour cancellation due to failure to obtain a visa for objective reasons: cancellation fee is 5,500,000 VND/person
Tour cancellation due to visa not being issued before departure time: In case the tourist is granted a visa but does not receive the visa result in time to depart with the group, the entire deposit will be reserved for use in the following departures of Party B (applying the tour price difference fee, if any) within the permitted visa period. If the visa expires and Party A has not yet selected a suitable departure date, the reserved amount will automatically expire.
* Tour cancellation by Travel Company
Due to the nature of the group tour, if 3 days before departure date, Party B does not gather enough 10 guests or the number of guests granted visas 3 days before departure does not ensure a minimum of 10 guests, Party B has the right to cancel the departure according to the contract and arrange with Party A to choose a new departure date based on the visa results granted.
* Tour cancellation by Third Party
In case the program is forced to change the departure date or shorten the tour date due to the fault of the Third Party (airline, bus company, service provider in Europe). Party B is responsible for working with the Third Party to arrange the most reasonable program and service for Party A and must notify Party A in writing. If Party A does not agree with the new program change, Party B must be responsible for arranging and negotiating with the Third Party to reach an agreement as committed to Party A. If Party A, Party B and the Third Party agree, the tour program will still proceed according to the scheduled schedule.
In case the 3 parties cannot agree on a new plan and Party A does not agree with the plan to change the program or postpone the departure date, Party B must refund the contract value after deducting the visa fee (if any)
* Tour cancellation due to Europe's decree to close
If the Tour is forced to be canceled because Europe has decreed to close tourism or not accept tourists from Vietnam, all of your deposit will be reserved to be used to offset the next tour booking of Party A at Party B. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Due to the nature of the group tour, if 3 days before departure date, Party B does not gather enough 10 guests or the number of guests granted visas 3 days before departure does not ensure a minimum of 10 guests, Party B has the right to cancel the departure according to the contract and arrange with Party A to choose a new departure date based on the visa results granted.
* Tour cancellation by Third Party
In case the program is forced to change the departure date or shorten the tour date due to the fault of the Third Party (airline, bus company, service provider in Europe). Party B is responsible for working with the Third Party to arrange the most reasonable program and service for Party A and must notify Party A in writing. If Party A does not agree with the new program change, Party B must be responsible for arranging and negotiating with the Third Party to reach an agreement as committed to Party A. If Party A, Party B and the Third Party agree, the tour program will still proceed according to the scheduled schedule.
In case the 3 parties cannot agree on a new plan and Party A does not agree with the plan to change the program or postpone the departure date, Party B must refund the contract value after deducting the visa fee (if any)
* Tour cancellation due to Europe's decree to close
If the Tour is forced to be canceled because Europe has decreed to close tourism or not accept tourists from Vietnam, all of your deposit will be reserved to be used to offset the next tour booking of Party A at Party B. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
WHEN APPLYING FOR A VISA
1. 02 white background photos
- 3.5cm X 4.5cm, front view, unobstructed, recent (less than 6 months) photo. Photo must include close-up of face and neck so that face represents 70 – 80% of photo.
- Requirements: Passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure from the Schengen area (for short stay visas) and with at least two blank visa pages
- Customers currently working at a company/agency: Labor contract, 3-month salary statement, social insurance book (photocopy, take VSSID app), leave application for travel (original)
- Customers are Business Directors: Business Registration Certificate, 3-month tax reports, State budget payment receipt (photocopy)
- Customers are individual Business Registration Household Owners: Business Registration Certificate, tax receipt (photocopy)
- Retired customers: Retirement card or pension book (photocopy)
- Customers are students: student card (photocopy), leave application with school confirmation (original)
- Current account statement with transactions in the last 3 months (original with bank stamp, only get statement upon request. Please do not ask for statement too early to avoid the case that the statement value is no longer valid)
- Savings book (photocopy), Savings account balance confirmation (original)
- Red book (notarized copy)
- Credit card (photo of front of card)
- Car registration (if any – photo)
- Marriage registration (if married) (photo)
- Household registration book (photocopy)
- ID card/citizenship card of wife/husband
- Birth certificate and copy of children's ID card/citizen identification card (photocopy)
- To join the Intercontinental Europe-Africa tour, you need 2 visas (Schengen Visa and Morocco Visa). Therefore, you need to prepare 2 copies of bank statements (original), leave application (original), savings account balance confirmation (original)
- In case you are a married couple traveling on the tour, you should prove independent finances because the Barcelona embassy will require the applicant to submit a consularly legalized marriage certificate (the time for consular legalization of original documents may take 2 weeks) for applicants who are married to prove joint finances (for example, 2 spouses sharing a savings book under the name of 1 person is called joint financial proof).
