HCMC - STOCKHOLM. (Meals and accommodation on the plane)
Tour guide will pick you up at the meeting point of Tan Son Nhat International Airport to check in for flight CA 904 (05:10 – 11:10) & CA 911 (14:00 – 17:20) to Stockholm , transit in Beijing. Upon arrival at Stockholm International Airport , the car will pick you up and take you to the hotel to rest.

STOCKHOLM - HELSINSK. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
Have breakfast at the hotel. The group departs to visit:
- Gamla Stan Old Town , well preserved medieval architecture.
- Take a photo outside the Nobel Museum , which displays the activities of the Nobel Foundation and the prestigious Nobel prizes.
- The Vasa Battleship Museum , showcases the military might of the 17th-century Swedish empire.
- Royal Palace - where the King of Sweden works. Watch the changing of the guard parade at the Royal Palace in Stockholm
Lunch and continue sightseeing:
- Take a photo outside the ABBA Museum , which showcases the history of the once-famous band ABBA.
- Stroll Drottninggatten pedestrian street, Ahlens City shopping mall .
The car takes the group to the pier, completes the procedures to board the cruise ship (2 guests/cabin). You begin the cruise on the Baltic Sea to Helsinski. The group has a buffet dinner with international tourists. Overnight on the ship.

HELSINKI. (Breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Have breakfast on the ship. The group welcomes the sunrise on the Baltic Sea. The ship docks at Helsinski port, the car takes you to visit the capital of Finland, "daughter of the Baltic Sea":
- Helsinki Cathedral , located in Senate Square , has a prominent architecture against the sky with its blue dome, and the church's silhouette can be seen everywhere.
- Market Square - bustling with temperate fruit stalls, souvenirs, fashion.
- Statue of Mermaid Amanda , at her feet are 4 sea lions spraying water.
The group had lunch at a local restaurant and continued to visit:
- The red Upspenki Church with its blue roof marks the time when Tsar Alexander II ruled Finland during the time the church was built.
- Monument to Sibelius , the famous Finnish musician.
- Temppeliaukio Rock Church with unique architecture - the entire church is built from a natural block of stone - The church is considered the largest and most unique stone architecture in the world!
- Shopping at Helsinki Mall.
The group had dinner at a local restaurant, then returned to the hotel to check in and rest.

HELSINKI - BERGEN. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
The car takes the group to the airport, check in for an early flight to Bergen. The car picks up the group and takes them to explore the unique landscape of Norway, the gateway to the most beautiful fjords in the world!
- Experience the Floibanen Funicular cable car up to Floyen Mountain , a famous scenic spot in Bergen, beautiful with a city landscape in harmony with nature: on one side the bay, on the other the valley, on the other side the charming mountains.
- Bergenhus Fortress - the golden history of the ancient capital Bergen
- The ancient port of Bryggen - nooks and crannies like a maze of colorful wooden houses.
- The wharf area is bustling with fishing boats.
- Enjoy a coffee in Bergen's harbor town , taking in the picturesque and breathtaking charm of the old harbor, Norway's most popular tourist attraction.
- Freely experience the Bergen fish-Torget seafood market (open Saturday 10:00-22:00) with lots of fresh seafood gathered here to serve tourists such as whale meat, snow fish, king crab, stone crab, ...
Dinner at local restaurant. Check in hotel to rest.

BERGEN - FLAM RAILWAYS - FJORD CRUISE - GEILO. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
Have breakfast at the hotel. Car takes the group to Flam village.
- Experience the Flam Railways , sightseeing on a 20km stretch, considered one of the 20 most beautiful scenic train routes in the world. Journey through high mountains, admire the wonderful scenery of winding passes, valleys, waterfalls and lovely houses like in fairy tales.
- Take a photo tour at Flam village with majestic surrounding valley and mountain landscape.
- Shop for signature souvenirs at Mall of Norway
Lunch and continue the journey:
- Cruising on the most beautiful fjord in the world: Naeroyfjord & Aurlands Fjord - world heritage - visitors feel like they are lost in a fairyland.
- Photo shoot in Gudvangen Village valley
The group continued their journey to Geilo, had dinner and checked into the hotel to rest.

GEILO - OSLO. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
Have breakfast at the hotel. The group departs for the capital Oslo. Lunch and visit:
- Oslo City Hall, where the annual Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony takes place.
- Karl Johans gate , Oslo's bustling pedestrian shopping street, runs from the Royal Palace to the Parliament building.
- Take a photo outside the Royal Palace , where the King of Norway lives and works.
- Oslo Opera House , architecture like an iceberg floating on the water, is Norway's largest cultural and artistic performance venue.
- Akershus Castle , a very solid medieval fortress, was converted into a King's Castle in the 17th century.
Have dinner and return to hotel to rest.

OSLO - BALTIC CRUISE. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
Have breakfast at the hotel. The car takes the group to visit:
- Vigeland Sculpture Garden with more than 212 sculptures, vividly depicting the daily life of Norwegian people.
- Holmenkollbakken Ski Arena.
- Ski museum and Ski Jump ski slope arena.
Lunch and car takes the group to the pier to check in on the cruise (2 guests/cabin). The group continues the cruise on the Baltic Sea to Copenhagen. Dinner and overnight on the ship.

COPENHAGEN - MALMO - COPENHAGEN. (Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner)
Have breakfast on the boat and watch the sunrise. The boat arrives at Copenhagen port, the car picks up the group and departs to visit:
- Little Mermaid - the iconic mermaid statue of Copenhagen.
- Take a photo of Amalienborg Palace , the royal residence of Queen Margrethe II.
Have lunch and depart for Malmo city. When crossing the Oresund bridge, the cable-stayed bridge and the underwater tunnel, visitors will have the feeling of suddenly disappearing into the ocean.
- Take a walk around the central district of Malmo with its medieval architecture, bustling shops and restaurants on cobblestone streets, creating a charm that is both ancient and modern.
The group returned to Copenhagen for dinner and returned to the hotel to rest.

COPENHAGEN - HO CHI MINH CITY. (Breakfast/lunch)

- The charming old town of Nyhavn was once a bustling trading port.
- City Hall and Storget shopping street

- Passport (valid for more than 6 months from return date).
- Schengen visa fee 5,000,000 VND (including consular fee, translation, insurance)
- Fees for changing tickets, rescheduling return dates, changing itineraries, changing flight routes or upgrading ticket classes (business class), and excess baggage according to airline regulations.
- Personal expenses (excess baggage, telephone, laundry, sightseeing and dining outside the program).
- Beverages during meals, telephone charges, laundry in hotel rooms and other personal expenses.
- Entrance fees to attractions and sights not included in the program, transportation and tour guides outside of working hours, night shows.

FOR FOREIGNERS, OVERSEAS VIETNAMESE, ELDERLY & CHILDREN
- Foreign nationals or overseas Vietnamese must have an ETIAS visa.
- Re-entry visa to Vietnam for foreigners or overseas Vietnamese (Visa received at the border gate and valid for 1 entry into Vietnam - within 3 months for overseas Vietnamese). (Contact for quote at time of departure)
- Bring visa entry customs declaration form and 02 4x6cm photos
- Customers with 2 nationalities (not yet naturalized) please notify the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original with related documents (if any).
- If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no longer have a valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot travel to a third country.
- In case children travel with relatives (not parents), they must submit a power of attorney certified by local authorities (authorized by parents to take them on the tour).
- For customers over 70 years old, you and your family must ensure your health condition to be able to join the tour with the company when registering. The Company will not be responsible for any incidents that occur on the tour.
NOTE
- Please carefully review the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions listed in detail in the program.
- Please bring your Passport (original) and deposit 30,000,000 when registering for the tour. The remaining amount will be paid 25 days before departure.
- In case of not getting visa before 30 days of departure, the non-refundable fee is 5,000,000 VND (including consular submission fee, TLS, translation...), if you use Premium visa service, the non-refundable fee is 6,200,000 VND (including consular submission fee, TLS premium, translation...).
- In case of visa not being granted 25 days before departure, the non-refundable fee is 12,500,000 VND (including consular fee, translation) and airfare...
- In case of visa not being granted 20 days before departure, the non-refundable fee is 20,500,000 VND (including consular fee, translation) and airfare + land tour cost...
- In case of visa not being granted within 15 days of departure date, the non-refundable cost is 80% of tour price + 100% visa.
- Depending on actual conditions, the tour itinerary may change up or down accordingly, however, the tourist routes are still fully guaranteed.
- Flights may change at the last minute depending on airlines, weather…
- In case you are not allowed to exit or enter the country for personal reasons, the company is exempt from responsibility and will not refund the tour fee.
- Depending on the status of the Consulate's Visa and airfare, the departure date can be postponed from 1 to 10 days from the original departure date. In case you and the company cannot agree to postpone the trip to the nearest date, the non-refundable cost is 10,000,000 VND/person.
- Visa applications submitted to the Consulate will not be returned. The company is exempted from liability in the event of natural disasters, earthquakes, droughts, protests, strikes, epidemics, aircraft technical problems, etc. leading to flight delays, cancellations, or postponements. If the above cases occur, the company will consider refunding the cost to the customer under possible conditions (after deducting the services performed such as visa fees, airfares, etc. and will not be responsible for compensating any other costs).
REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
- Customers fill out the registration form and provide visa application documents at least 45 days before departure date.
- Deposit tour 30,000,000 VND/guest
- Complete payment for the tour 25 days before departure. (In case the consulate reports that you have been denied a visa after paying the full tour fee, we will refund the tour fee according to regulations, after deducting expenses such as visa fee of 5,000,000 VND, airfare already issued....).
- Complete the deposit (if any) immediately after the Visa result. The company will guide you through the visa procedure, how to fill out the visa application forms, register the date of submission, the customer must be present to submit the application and bring the original documents for comparison.
REFUND/CANCELLATION/VISA NO-Grant Policy – ENTRY/EXIT REGULATIONS
- In case you cannot attend the tour, please notify the Company and pay the cancellation fee as follows:
- Cancel tour after registration: 100% tour deposit penalty
- Cancel tour after submitting visa appointment: Penalty 100% of tour deposit
- Cancel tour after visa is issued: Penalty of 100% of total tour price
- Guests are denied exit from Vietnam or entry at destination: Guests are responsible for 100% of total tour cost (non-refundable).
- In case the visa result is not available on the departure date, you can choose the next tour departure date or receive a refund of the tour fee after deducting the visa fee of 4.5 million VND/person.
- In case you book a tour with a group of friends or family (2 or more guests), if one person in the group does not get a visa and cancels the tour, the guest who fails the visa will pay a fee of 4.5 million, but the other members who have gotten a visa and cancel the tour will be subject to the general tour cancellation policy.
- In case of tour cancellation, please bring the payment receipt and ID card/CCCD directly to the office to complete the tour cancellation procedure. The company will not handle cases of tour cancellation by phone.
- Tour program at preferential price, not applicable for changing or rescheduling tour date.
**In objective cases such as terrorism, natural disasters... or due to incidents, changes in schedules of public transport such as airplanes, trains... the Company reserves the right to change the route at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensating for any damages arising.
EUROPE TOURIST VISA APPLICATION
- To best prepare for applying for a visa to enter Europe, the Company recommends that you fully prepare the following documents:

INDIVIDUAL
- Passports both new and old (original) valid for 6 months, signed in passport, certified copy of all pages with stamps.
- 2 photos 3.5x4.5cm white background, face occupies 70% - 80% of frame, taken from neck up, no smiling, no covering ears and eyebrows, taken within 3 months
- Full household registration book
- Citizen identification card
- Marriage certificate (if applicable), divorce certificate (if applicable), or confirmation of marital status from local authority
- Birth certificate (of the child if traveling with the child, of the person if traveling with the parents), power of attorney for the father (or mother) if traveling with only the mother (or father)
JOB
- Customers are business owners
- Business license.
- Tax receipts for the last 3 months.
- Company account statement for the last 3 months
- Clients work under contract
- Employment contract.
- Confirm salary for the last 3 months
Social insurance
- Application for leave to travel
- If the company sponsors the trip, there must be a confirmation letter.

FINANCE
- Savings book and bank account balance confirmation of 200 million or more
- House ownership papers, House rental contract (if renting house).
- Certificate of ownership of other assets, if any, such as: cars, stocks, shares, bonds, etc.
TOURIST COMPANY PROVIDING
- Invitation letter from TRAVEL COMPANY partner in Europe with full customer information
- Confirm itinerary, hotel, transportation, food, sightseeing (English)
- Travel contract and detailed tour program. (Vietnamese).
- International Travel Insurance.
- Fill out the necessary forms as required by the Embassy and Consulate.
- Make an interview appointment and pay the interview fee.
- Consulting for customers before going to present documents at the Embassy
- The above requirements are for all customers. When making a profile, depending on each specific case, the company's staff will advise each customer individually.
